1. What the guarantee covers
When an eligible paid placement is marked complete and the delivered link is removed during the 180-day guarantee period, SerpDrift will review the issue and may seek restoration, arrange a reasonable replacement or provide wallet credit for the affected placement.
2. What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover ranking changes, traffic changes, search-engine actions, deindexing outside the publisher's control, client-requested edits, target-page removal, domain expiration, website-wide shutdown, legal takedowns, policy violations or changes caused by content supplied against publisher rules.
3. Comparable replacements
A replacement should be reasonably comparable based on the available inventory, niche, service type and commercial value. Exact domains or identical third-party metrics cannot always be guaranteed.
4. Reporting an issue
Open a support ticket with the order number, item and delivered URL. SerpDrift may need time to verify the issue and contact the publisher before confirming the remedy.
5. No ranking guarantee
This guarantee concerns eligible placement delivery and link availability. It does not guarantee rankings, indexing, referral traffic, conversions or other SEO outcomes.
